Ørestad Bageri (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Ørestad Bageri mobile application. This app is a business tool designed exclusively for our authorized sales agents and delivery personnel in Denmark.

This app is integrated with our Odoo ERP system. It is not open for public registration. Accounts are created and managed by our IT department via Odoo.
- Authentication: We use credentials (Username/Password) provided by the company to authenticate agents.
- Sales Data: We collect information regarding orders, deliveries, and transactions processed through the app to sync with our Odoo database.
- Location Data: The app may collect precise or approximate location data to optimize delivery routes and confirm deliveries at client locations (Supermarkets/Malls). This data is used only for business logistics.
2. Connection with Odoo
All data processed by the application is transmitted securely to our private Odoo server via APIs. We do not sell or share this data with third-party advertising companies.
3. Permissions
To provide its services, the app may request access to:
- Location: To assist in navigating to customer sites and verifying deliveries.
- Camera: To scan product barcodes or take photos of delivery receipts if required.
- Storage: To cache order data for offline use.
4. Data Retention
Since the app is a business tool, data is stored as long as the agent’s account is active in our Odoo system or as required by Danish commercial and tax laws.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the data transmitted between the mobile app and the Odoo platform. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
6. User Rights
As this is an internal business application, users (agents) who wish to inquire about their data or request account deactivation must contact the Ørestad Bageri IT Department directly.
